Refund and Return Policy

• Please consider all items final sale. 
• We attempt to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. If you have any questions or would like more information about any of our products, please email us at mel.heartnotes@gmail.com with your inquiry. 
• Exchanges (if applicable). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged/defective item, send us an email and photos of the damaged/defective item within 5 business days of receipt to mel.heartnotes@gmail.com. Items must be returned within 14 days. 
• If you are not happy with an item that you ordered, please email us with details and we will try to fix it to the best of our ability. Our customers matter to us and we want you to be satisfied with your purchases.
