Shipping Policy

Processing time: Order verification, preparation, quality check and packaging. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Some of our products may be handcrafted after you order, so processing time can vary. Please contact us if you need an item by a specific date.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from us to you. Packages usually take 5 - 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. We are not responsible for any fees such as customs and duty charges associated with packages shipped outside of Canada.

Note that pre-orders will be shipped as indicated in the pre-order item details. If you have items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped with your pre-order item(s) unless you specify otherwise. Additional shipping charges may apply if there are multiple shipments for an order.
